The owner gave us such a warm welcome upon arrival and gave us a little tour to show us what the hotel has to offer, this was very much appreciated! We booked two rooms (one double room and one triple room) and both rooms were lovely! The bottled water and little chocolates in the rooms were a great touch too! The location of the hotel is superb, close enough to attractions but also far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle of Blackpool nightlife! We will 10000000% be returning here!

Cute little hotel and good value for money for a quick visit to Blackpool! There was water and chocolates in the room on arrival which was a lovely touch for the price we paid for the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful/explained everything clearly about the hotel. There is a cosy bar area with a wide variety of drinks which we used along with different games machines! Great location to everything you need/in the centre of Blackpool. The hotel is a 2 min taxi /5-8 min walk from winter gardens which is why we visited Blackpool. Will definitely be back when we visit Blackpool again in the future.

staff were friendly and wanted to change anything if werent comfortable, location was close and central, dining/games area had what you need in music, tv, games machines for kids, vending machine for snacks, pool table and american diner style seating, coffee machine, bar area cozy and well stocked bar, late keys given if entering after 1am, bed comfy enough.

The location was great, and the family running the hotel were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Even brought my friend softer pillows. The games room with the pool table was perfect for a few drinks. On our 2nd night, we decided to try the burgers. OMG, it's totally worth it!! They were amazing!!

The staff were friendly and helpful,nothing was too much they are all really top people and every request from dealt with quickly . The facilities were great the arcade type feel was amazing and fun to use. The breakfast was amazing and I really like the whole American diner feel . It was easy to pre order the night before and was made fresh in the morning. The room was spotless and smelt fresh and clean when we entered the room which is fantastic to see. Also the bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet and calm which is nice when u want a good night sleep. We loved the fact that it was a smart TV. Also close to all attractions of black pool which is great as well. We asked for an early check in and yes we had to pay for it but that wasn't an issue for us and it was easily accepted.it's lovely to see that the hotel was family run which is very rare. We have already booked up again to stay in this hotel it's the perfect hotel for what we like to do when we come to Blackpool 😀

I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience. My husband coordinated with the hotel staff to decorate our room, and they did an amazing job. The decorations were beautiful and added a special touch to our celebration. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. Additionally, the hotel was budget-friendly, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and affordability.

the property was clean and tidy inside and outside the staff tee paris and tiger was very polite with us we could be ourselves around them they got us anything we needed for our room very excellence service from all three members of staff couldn’t ask for better staff me and my husband are already booking again with them next year so would like to say thank you to you all very much you all have been brill and nice meeting yous and are looking forward to coming again

Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I sent birthday banners via post for my husband and the room was decorated for our arrival. Fully stocked bar with plenty of choices and reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean and the linens smelt lovely. Very good location only 5 mins to the tower and onto the front.

Location was perfect as we were there for an event in winter gardens. Also perfect walking distance to coral island etc.
